1. The application

The AMECO Builders CRM ("the Application") is a proprietary, internal operations system owned and operated by AMECO Builders Inc, a California corporation ("AMECO"). It is made available only to AMECO's employees, contractors, dealers, installers and other partners whom AMECO has authorized ("Users"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

2. Authorized use

Use the Application only for AMECO business purposes and only through the account issued to you. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share accounts, and do not export, scrape or disclose customer or partner data except as your role with AMECO requires. AMECO may suspend or remove access at any time.

3. Third-party services

The Application connects to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online for AMECO's bookkeeping. Those services are governed by their own terms. The QuickBooks connection is authorized by AMECO for AMECO's own company file, may be disconnected by AMECO at any time, and creates no rights for any User in AMECO's accounting records.

4. Data

Customer and partner information in the Application is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Users must handle it in compliance with applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Contractors State License Law.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is". AMECO makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMECO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

6. Changes and governing law
